IBIKY believes in the quality of our products and wants you to shop with confidence. You may return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient, unless IBIKY made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

A. Sorry, IBIKY does NOT accept shipments sent COD.
